• On arrival at Phuentsholing, complete the required immigration formalities and proceed to your hotel.

• 10 to 14 days of departure – Charges 75% of the total trip cost.
• 10 Days to Trip Departure date – Charges 100% of the total trip cost.
• Before 30 days of departure: 25% of the total trip cost
• 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost

Child Policy

• Below 2 years: Infant. Visa charges applicable. No seats or bedding will be allotted.
• 3–10 years: Child with bed – 90% of the total land package cost.
• 3–10 years: Child without bed – 85% of the total land package cost.
• 10 years and above: 100% of the total land package cost.

Accommodation Policy

• Rooms are provided on a double/triple sharing basis.
• If any guest requires a single occupancy room, an additional charge of 40% will apply.
