• Before 30 days of departure – 25% of total trip cost.
• 29 to 15 days before departure – 50% of total trip cost.
• 10 to 14 days of departure – Charges 75% of the total trip cost.
• 10 Days to Trip Departure date – Charges 100% of the total trip cost.

CHILD POLICY

• Under 3 Years – No Land Package charges. No seat or bedding.
• 03–10 Years – 75% of Land Package cost.
• 10 Years & Above – 100% of Land Package cost.

ACCOMMODATION

• Rooms are provided on Double / Triple Sharing Basis.
• Single Occupancy Room will be charged 40% extra.

Note 1: In case of discontinuation of airline service, change in airline route, flight schedule, delay, cancellation or any operational reasons, all additional expenses including flights, meals, accommodation or transportation required for continuation of the tour shall be borne by the passenger.

Note 2 : High-Season Surcharge: An additional surcharge will apply during the Diwali, Christmas, and New Year high-season period.
