• 50% payment is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges.
• 29–15 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges.
• 10 to 14 days of departure – Charges 75% of the total trip cost.
• 10 Days to Trip Departure date – Charges 100% of the total trip cost.

Child Policy

• Children below 3 years travel free on the land package without a separate seat or bed.
• Children between 3 and 10 years are charged 75% of the land package.
• Children above 10 years are charged the full package cost.

Accommodation Policy

• Rooms are provided on twin or triple sharing basis. Guests requiring a single occupancy room can avail one by paying an additional 40% of the package cost.

• Guests can upgrade to an overnight stay in a traditional Alleppey Houseboat by paying an additional charge of ?3,000 per person.
• A high season surcharge is applicable during Diwali, Christmas and New Year departures.
• Accommodation is provided on twin or triple sharing basis.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policy.
• Sightseeing schedules may change due to weather, road conditions or operational reasons.
• Any expenses caused by flight delays, cancellations, natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the guest.
