CANCELLATION POLICY

• Before 30 days of departure 25% of the total trip cost
• 29 to 15 days of departure 50% of the total trip cost
• 10 to 14 days of departure – Charges 75% of the total trip cost.
• 10 Days to Trip Departure date – Charges 100% of the total trip cost.

CHILD POLICY

• Under 3 years: No charges for Land package & no seats & bedding will be allotted.
• 03–10 years: Charges 75% of the total trip cost for Land Package.
• 10 or above years: Charges 100% of the total trip cost for Land Package.

ACCOMMODATION

• Rooms are provided on a double/triple sharing basis.
• If any guest requires a single occupancy room, an additional charge of 40% will apply.

• If passengers wish to include any of the above tours in the group tour, they must inform us at least 20 days before departure and pay the applicable additional charges
• In case of discontinuation of airline service, change in airline route, change in flight schedule, flight delay, flight cancellation or any other airline-related disruption, any additional expenses incurred for continuation of the tour will have to be borne by the passengers.
• High-Season Surcharge: An additional surcharge will apply during the Diwali, Christmas, and New Year high-season period

Passport

• The applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of expiry of the desired date.

Photographs

• 4 recent passport-size colour photographs, not older than 6 months, are required.

Photographs should:

• Be clear and of good quality
• Be printed on MAT photographic paper
