Accommodation Policy

• Rooms will be provided on double/triple sharing basis. Single occupancy will attract an additional 40% charge.

• In case of discontinuation of airline service, change in airline route, change in flight schedule, flight delay, flight cancellation or any other airline-related disruption, any additional expenses incurred for continuation of the tour will have to be borne by the passengers.
• High-Season Surcharge: An additional surcharge will apply during the Diwali, Christmas, and New Year high-season period
• Currency Note - Rates are calculated based on the current exchange rate of ?93 per US Dollar. Any increase in the applicable currency exchange rate may result in an additional difference payable by the passenger.
